>> How do we do it? First, we take your new/used header or other part and clean it thoroughly using a variety of equipment. It's then bead-blasted to remove any corrosion or other surface impurities. CermaKrome is then applied (inside and out for exhaust parts) to a uniform thickness of 0.0015", then oven- cured at very high temperatures. Once cured and cooled, your part is then polished to a HIGH LUSTER using our ceramic bead vibratory finisher. Finally, we wrap and box your parts carefully, and ship them home to you...in a very short turn-around time.
